Description of responsibilities:
- Plans, organize, coordinates, controls and develops the entire activity related to warehouse and logistics of the company ;
- Coordinates the entire activity of the warehouse by the working procedures regarding the correct reception, storage and delivery of the materials, equipment and other goods;
- Proposes and implements measures to streamline the organization of the warehouse and the flow of deliveries and orders ;
- Coordinates the team so that the storage and labeling procedure is respected for all the materials and equipments received in the warehouse, respectively reserved for the ongoing projects ;
- Coordinates all the deliveries and shipments of materials and equipments;
- Coordinates and streamlines the company’s logistics activity regarding internal and external transport ;
- Weekly reports the status of materials received back from the site to the projects managers and COO ;
- Verifies and ensures compliance between scripted and factual stock;
- Transmits the status of the transports in progress and ensures the deliveries according to the agreed terms and / or requested terms ;
- Ensures all conditions regarding the proper storage and management of materials and equipments in the warehouse;
- Creates reports and other analyzed data for the coordinated warehouse and for the logistics activity;
- Elaborates and implements objectives and action plans, in accordance with the company’s business strategy ;
- Provides regular training regarding the application of all the regulations related to the activity of warehouse and logistics ;
- Ensures the permanence of the personnel in warehouse and logistics, as well as the good performance of the activity of the warehouse;
The ideal candidate:
- Higher education – completed;
- At least 4 years experience in coordinating a team;
- One language of international circulation (English / French) – medium level (written, read, spoken);
- Microsoft Office suite – advanced level;
- Driving license – “B” category;
- Ability to plan activities;
- Excellent communication, organization and coordination skills;
- Ability to make decisions and to set priorities;
- Spirit of observation, dynamism;
- Responsibility in making decisions and respecting deadlines;
